Shipping and Returns Policies
SHIPPING
At UnBox Audio, we process and deliver your orders to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
Geographic Coverage: Currently, UnBox Audio ships only within India through our approved logistics partners. We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or process a full refund. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery: We deliver across India using approved logistics providers.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, with delivery typically taking an additional 4-5 days.
Split Shipments: Large orders or orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery and better handling. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment via email and SMS. Each package should be inspected separately upon delivery. If you have any questions about split shipments, please contact our customer support team.
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
Address Details: Provide accurate address information, including landmarks and contact numbers, to ensure smooth delivery.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
We aim to provide clear and fair support to our customers with a returns and cancellation policy that protects both parties.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
This section applies to new items, including open-box items sold as new.
If the product has already been shipped, you need to inform us of your intention to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returned items will be eligible for refund or exchange, subject to the restocking fees below:
· 15% restocking fee if the outer package as received from UnBox Audio is unopened.
· 35% restocking fee if such outer package has been opened.
· No restocking fee for unopened items returned and exchanged for a product of equal or higher value.
· Restocking fees do not apply to items returned due to a verified defect (see Defective Items below).
The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, administrative processing, reverse logistics, and inventory handling, and reflects the cost of reselling the item as open-box or processing a refund/exchange.
Products must be returned to: HNo. 22/232/A, UGF 001, PLOT NO. 47, Ocean Mist, La Oceana Colony, Near Kamat Megamart, Dona Paula, Panaji, North Goa, Goa - 403004.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery and inform us within 48 hours if any physical damage is observed. Please document the damage with clear photographs showing the packaging and the damaged item from multiple angles. We will initiate an insurance claim and arrange a replacement, subject to insurer confirmation. If we are unable to replace the item within 45 days from the confirmation of damage, we will issue a full refund.
Defective Items
New Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable within 45 days, a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, you may opt for warranty repair. No restocking fee applies in either case.
Pre-Owned Items: Returns are not accepted for pre-owned items. These are sold strictly “as-is” with no warranty coverage. Due to their pre-owned nature, despite thorough testing at the time of sale, their future performance cannot be guaranteed. Any manufacturer’s warranty that may have been originally provided has typically expired for pre-owned items, and UnBox Audio does not offer replacement or repair services for these products.
Note: For open-box and pre-owned items, we encourage pre-purchase inspections through an in-person visit or live-streaming.
General Guidelines
All return or cancellation requests must be made via email at connect@unboxaudio.in to ensure proper communication records. We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
· Items must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving our return instructions.
· Returned items must be packed in their original packaging, including manuals and accessories. If double-boxing or wooden crating was provided, these must also be used for return shipping. Improper packaging or damage during return shipment voids the return eligibility.
· The return facility will be void if the item has been misused, subjected to unstable power supply, speaker wire shorting or attempted to be serviced by unauthorized personnel.
· Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspecting the returned item and approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days post inspection.
Warranty
· Physical damage or unauthorized tampering voids the warranty.
· Retain your sales invoice for warranty claims.
· Shipping costs for items sent to UnBox Audio for servicing or warranty repairs will be borne by the customer.
· Return shipping costs for repaired or replaced items will be covered by UnBox Audio.
